Based on the client's requirements, we provided the 4 Full Resource Model, where four qualified professionals were assigned exclusively to the client’s tasks.
In the resource model, befree delivered: -
Data Management Services: This includes the preparation of tax returns for companies as well as individuals, ensuring compliance with all statutory deadlines. We developed workflows for each resource to maintain the number of jobs, their expected delivery dates, and filing deadlines to prevent any delays in the process.
- Process Implementation: To implement these complex processes, we initially conducted a thorough assessment of the client's processes. Based on the firm's requirements, we customised and integrated our processes with theirs to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Ongoing Updates and Continuous Management: befree’s team also set up a communication process to provide weekly updates to the client. Additionally, we developed a Monthly Management Report to deliver updates on the jobs received, jobs submitted, and resource-wise bifurcation for submissions, enabling us and the client to analyse performance and plan for future accordingly.

Over 500 Jobs Successfully Delivered
After a year of partnership with the client, we have received more than 550 jobs from the client, from which 500 jobs were successfully delivered back to them, including 375 annual accounts and 150 personal tax returns.
