Customer-Based Pricing: The client wanted to implement a pricing strategy that varies based on the individual customer.
Volume-Based Pricing: Additionally, the client sought to establish volume discounts in order to incentivize larger purchases for specific products.
Bill of Materials (BOM) Functionality: The client required a system capable of managing the creation of new products through the assembly of existing components. This functionality would reduce inventory levels of component parts while simultaneously generating new finished goods entries.
Inventory Reconciliation: Discrepancies were identified between the client's physical inventory and the existing software records.The same had to be resolved.

Due to the limitations of the client’s existing software in fulfilling these requirements, we recommended the migration to a more robust platform, “Unleashed.”

Inventory Reconciliation: Prior to the system migration cut-off date, we addressed the inventory discrepancies, ensuring the physical inventory aligned perfectly with the closing balance.
Data Migration and System Setup: Following reconciliation, we successfully migrated the client's existing inventory data to Unleashed. We then configured the system to accommodate the client's specific requirements, including customer-based pricing, volume discounts, and BOM functionality.
Integration with Accounting Software: Finally, we ensured seamless integration between Unleashed and the client's accounting software to maintain data consistency.
